Food should be fun and exciting,approachable andunpretentious, yet affordable and available. It should warm the heart and feed the soul.

FUEL is an award-winning full service, mobile food trailer. We believe on placing a strong emphasis on giving back to the community and being as environmentally sound in our packaging as possible. by supporting local farmers for all our organic products (sustainable when possible),like all natural meats and cheeses, fresh seasonal vegetables, and handcrafting everythingin small batches toensure absolute freshness. But we don't stop there. We use locally made compostable products for all of our dispoasable packaginig needs. We feel this creates a stronger sense of community where we go and besides, it's just the right thing to do.

After working as executive chef in some of Seattle and Portland's most notable restaurants, Brian has turned his vision into reality. With over 30 years experience in the culinary and hospitality industry, he redefines modern Tex-Mex food. His vision behind FUEL Mobile Kitchen is to bring a truly farm-to-hand-experience that supports the community and the environment. Brian's proven ability, matched with his track record for success will certainly make FUEL Mobile Kitchen a revolutionary new dining destination in mobile food concessions.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

With over 13 years as a nurse and currently in her 12th year as a practicing Family Nurse Practitioner, Ginger divides her time between practicing medicine and FUEL. She brings a friendly and inviting aspect to FUEL with her FOH customer relations. She is responsible for informing guests of all the specifics of our menu items, dietary restrictions, setting up the aesthethics of a warm and friendly environment while creating a great guest experience. Ginger's determination to make sure every guest experience is unprecedented and guaranteed to make sure everyone leaves happy.​​​​​​
